Has any promise been made or given that might be perceived as unethical, or from a source of undue influence (financial or otherwise) Do you have backing from any developers, contractors or their agents?

Hello Jaison, and others. No, I have not made any promises, commitments, or otherwise to any developer, contractor or agent. In my 30 years as a Realtor, I have not affiliated myself with any specific builder/developer.
